All-you-can eat wagyu opens

The all-you-can-eat Wagyu Factory opened recently at The District at Tustin Legacy shopping center, home of Costco, Whole Foods, Lowe’s and Target, to name a few.

The Korean restaurant concept was created by Chubby Group, also known for The X Pot, Chubby Cattle, Niku X and Mikiya.

The restaurant serves a “fusion” of customizable barbecue and hot pot. Prices range from $35 to $50, depending on the day and time you dine. For example, the price for Friday night is $49.99 per person. Monday-Thursday at lunchtime, the price drops to $35 per person.

The menu features meats and sides, with tiered pricing that includes a selection of A5 Wagyu from Japan, Australian Wagyu and American Wagyu.

Customers get 90 minutes to grill, dip and simmer their food using a hot pot, grill pan, and grilling belt built into one unit.

Address: 2415 Park Ave. in Tustin.
